In my study for the Master´s thesis "Corporate Financial Strategy " I expain terms, such as enterprise financing and its structure, long and short-term financing, external, internal and alternative financing optimum financial structure and its costs.This all I applicated in the study where try to asses the fianancial structura and financing of real company. I analyse the ways how to secure the company´s liquidity and solvency, financial equilibrium and healt by means of the financial analysis of the activity and results of the company.
Alternative financing of small and medium-sizes enterprises

Alternative financing of small and medium-sized enterprises This thesis analyses whether the legal framework, both present and envisaged, regulating securitisation and crowdfunding is likely to improve the access of small and medium-sized enterprises to financing. The first chapter focuses on securitisation, with a particular focus on securitisation of SME loans. In doing so it evaluates the costs and benefits associated with securitisation, as well as securitised assets and the products of securitisation. The following part describes the mechanism of both a true sale and a synthetic securitisation. The key part of the chapter, however, deals with the legal framework regulating securitisation as well as each individual step of a securitisation transaction, and analyses several issues that may arise under Czech law in relation to securitisation. Next, the proposal for the securitisation regulation, which proposes criteria for qualified securitisations, is introduced. This chapter concludes with an evaluation of the said proposal and presents a level of scepticism as to its intended positive impact on SME financing. The second chapter deals with crowdfunding. Crowdfundingová kampaň pro realitní startup

This master thesis deals with crowdfunding from a marketing point of view, its overall potential and the application of crowdfunding on real estate projects. The goal of this thesis is to provide a description and evaluation of a crowdfunding campaign applied to an example of an existing real estate startup based in Geneva, Switzerland and to present guidelines for a successful launch of real estate crowdfunding campaign. In order to reach the goal, secondary research of the thesis outlines general assessment of crowdfunding and all its types, new trends, and theoretical description of a crowdfunding campaign. The thesis then presents the concrete real estate startup with business activity in France and the analysis of this market. Primary qualitative research of the thesis conducted in the form of in-depth interviews examines the assumption whether real estate (equity) crowdfunding is an interesting option for Millennials, a segment of potential crowd-investors. All findings are then incorporated into concrete guidelines of a new real estate crowdfunding campaign applied on the real estate startup.

Venture Capital and Private Equity Investment

The thesis deals with venture capital and private equity from investor's point of view first. There are presented different types of investors, management companies and funds and the relation among these subjects. Venture capital and private equity is an alternative to finance business activities from the entrepreneurial perspective and this paper provides profile of an appropriate company and explains the relation between the investment fund and the company. The analytical part focuses on investment activity in the Czech Republic and the findings about level and structure are analysed with regard to selected factors from business and investment environment.
